When our crews head into the field, you never know what they'll be asked to lift, what pose they'll need to take to get the right shot, and how quickly they'll need to move to get the next one. In our experience, all of this is made just a bit easier by a good pre-filming stretch...which we're reminded to do every time we wear this shirt (it's almost as much of a stretch as the logic I just used to take you on this linguistic journey).
